RTADS is a modification of original TADS libraries,
so license of theirs creator is extended upon them.
On the my side (Andrey Grankin) following restriction are imposed:

1. RTADS libraries could be modifed and freely distributed
   as long as clear indication of modification and copyright
   information are preserved. Person who get a copy of
   library from you, get the same rights as you. 
   
2. You CAN use RTADS library for writing your games,
   which you could distribute in any way you like. 
   You can include libraries if you distribute game with
   sources.

   You CAN NOT distribute RTADS on the commercial basis,
   and use it in any way except game making as described above.
   
3. RTADS author didn't used any destructive algorithms,
   and don't incur responsibility for any damage due use of
   those libraries.

ABOUT HIGH ENERGY SOFTWARE --------------------------

High Energy Software formerly distributed TADS as a 
shareware system, but is no longer in business.  Mike 
Roberts, the developer of TADS, is now maintaining and 
distributing the system as freeware.  We have made an effort 
to remove references from these files to High Energy 
Software and its former telephone and other contact 
information, since all of those numbers and addresses are no 
longer in service. If we inadvertantly left any such 
references intact, please disregard them, since they're 
oversights.
